Giving & Stewardship
As followers of Jesus, we at an·them Church give of our finances. It isn't about us -- it's about worship and living life as an anthem to our God and King.
God instructs us, through the Bible, to give regularly, generously, and sacrificially out of all that he gives us as part of our worship of him. What an appropriate response to who he is and all he has done! Our giving is an expression of gratitude, obedience, and reverence -- it's worship.
How can we give?
You can give at our worship gatherings during the corporate giving time or at the offering box. You can also give online. Register here to make recurring donations, or make one-time contributions without registration using the portal to the right.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization, so all giving is tax deductible.
Why give to the church?
Do we give because it’s “the right thing to do” or because it’s a good tax write-off? Does God need it? Does the church expect it? No. It's simply because we follow God, and God tells us to. It's not because God needs what we have, but because we need to give it. What we do with what we have directs our hearts. Giving to God reminds us that he has given us everything we have, and he can be counted on to meet every need we will ever have.
The Church is God's plan to reconcile the world to himself and make it all that it's supposed to be. The Church exists to bring healing, support, and encouragement. So we give to advance the Gospel through his ministry.
